Terms of Service

Last updated June 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of Chimes. They're written to be readable — but they are a binding agreement, so please read them.

The agreement

By accessing or using Chimes, you agree to these terms. If you're using Chimes on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Chimes lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You're responsible for the content you route through the service and for the actions your configured agents take within the permissions you grant them.

Third-party providers

These terms govern your use of the managed Chimes Cloud service and commercial offerings. Provider integrations you configure as adapters (for example, your LLM, voice, or storage providers) remain subject to the terms of those third parties.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Chimes available and secure, and we publish status at our status page. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance where practical.

Liability

Chimes is provided under the warranties and limitations set out in your order form or, absent one, on an 'as is' basis to the extent permitted by law. Enterprise agreements may provide additional commitments.
